ChariTeas Tea Lounge

This Edwardian style Tea lounge situated in the heart of Southampton will make you feel as if you have stepped back in time. The traditional tea lounge located on the upper floor of ChariTeas, will take you back to an age of elegance and refinement. If for any reason you are not able to access upstairs, we would be happy to accommodate you for your high tea in our downstairs patisserie. 

Choose from a hearty breakfast, arrange your business lunches,  or indulge yourself in the delights of an afternoon High Tea, filled with a tantalising array of cakes, pastries, home-made scones, sandwiches  and a delicious selection of loose leaf teas. If your preference is coffee rather than tea then we also have a selection of speciality coffees to suit.

We hope that our tea rooms leave you with a truly memorable experience.

Our High Teas are now £14.50 per person everyday we are open. So why not indulge in a choice of freshly made sandwiches, homemade scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam and a selection of cakes, served with a pot of tea or a regular coffee.

Filling's for sandwiches: choose either Ham, Cheese, Tuna with or without mayo and Egg with or without mayo then why not add either Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce or Onion to any sandwich.
